I qualified in Holistic therapy in 2002 and immediately began practising full – time in Warwickshire, where I worked at a clinic and also from my home. In addition, I was involved in teaching Holistic therapies in Further Education.  Having relocated to Llansteffan in August 2009, I am now becoming established here alongside my clinic in Kenilworth.

Prior to my training in Holistic therapy, I worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. This enabled me to develop skills required to meet the needs of each client.   I also had the opportunity to travel around the world and this is reflected in my approach to my therapy.  I have experienced the pressures brought about by our busy lifestyles, recognising postural imbalances for whatever reason, giving rise to tension and therefore discomfort.
